In the rated current, the plastic case circuit breaker is generally 800A (NF125, NF250, NF400, NF630, NF800: and so on (some new products can reach 1600 A), and the rated current of the frame circuit breaker is much larger, generally 630A-6300A (such as: Mitsubishi AE630, AE1000, AE1250 and AE4000, AE6300, series of frame circuit breaker The device has reached this standard. In addition, the capacity of frame breaker is higher than that of moulded case circuit breaker.
In practical application, frame circuit breaker should be used in the circuit above 800A or in the circuit with more functions, and the circuit below 630A should be used in the circuit above 800A. Plastic case circuit breaker is generally used.
