Whether it is a molded case circuit breaker or isolation circuit breaker, are perennial contact with electricity, electricity is a double-edged sword is not good with very easy to hurt people. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents and everyone's safety, it is necessary to let everyone know the next plastic case circuit breaker installation and maintenance considerations.
Plastic case circuit breaker is mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other failures. Attention should be paid to the following items when installing, using and maintaining.
(1) Check whether the parameters on the nameplate are consistent with the actual needs before installation, and fix the circuit breaker vertically on the installation board.
(2) When wiring in front of the board, select the corresponding cross-sectional area conductor, strip off the insulation outer layer of appropriate length, insert the hole of the wire hoop, press the outer layer of the wire hoop tight, and wrap the wire firmly. Then, connect the connection hole of the wire hoop and the wiring end of the circuit breaker with screws. When connecting the copper bar, the wiring board should first be fixed on the circuit breaker and then fixed with the copper bar. The post wiring must be fixed on the wiring board strictly according to the requirement of the instruction.
(3) Before the circuit breaker is put into operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fixed connection is firm and ensure that the operating mechanism is in a flexible state.
(4) the circuit breaker has been determined accurately when it is factory, and it can be adjusted at will. After the circuit is overloaded or short circuited, the circuit breaker should remove the fault first and then close the operation.
(5) Circuit breakers should be periodically inspected during use, lubricating the transmission part regularly, removing dust from the housing, eliminating metal particles and black soot on the wall and side plates of the arc extinguishing chamber.
